Our screen changer is also called non-stop screen changer, then what is non-stop screen changer?
according to the kinetic energy difference, screen changer can be devided into: manual screen changer, electrical screen changer, pneumatic screen changer, hydraulic screen changer and so on.
     Manual screen changer, electrical screen changer, pneumatic screen changer, the kinetic energy of screen changing is depending on manual, electric motor ,and air pressure, since that the melt pressure of the plastic production processing is up to 500 bar, so depend on this kinetic energy can not meet the requirement of screen changing in the actual production. And we need to stop the on-gong machine or make the pressure lower quickly, then change the screen, so these kind of screen changer is not the non-stop screen changer
      The hydraulic screen changer , equipped with hydraulic power unit, the kinetic energy pressure can be up to 200 bar , so under the 500 bar melt pressure, we still can be change the screen with out stop the machine. So the hydraulic screen changer is also called non-stop screen changer
     Non-stop screen changer have different meaning also, generally said , non-stop the on-going extrusion machine or reduce the speed of the extrusion machine when change the screen, we called it non-stop screen changer. And also , some other people think that: non-stop screen changer must be that: non-stop the extrusion machine, and no interrupt the production when change the screen.
    We called the second one continuous /no-interrupted screen changer, and the continuous type , there are four kinds of screen changer:1, normal continuous screen changer
2, double piston double working position screen changer
3, new pulse backflush screen changer
4, automatic mesh belt screen changer.
